Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Flat rate (under 1KG)

International Shipping (if applicable):

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.


Shipping Partners

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Delays

HighGrade Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

Please ensure you have recorded a clear video while opening the parcel, as this is required for verification. This is mandatory.
